The Tides Reach development consists of a new build 50-bedroom wing for the new hotel and the refurbishment of the existing structure.

This development formed the hotel’s ground floor restaurant, Upper Deck Bar and Lower Deck Beach Bar, and 10 residential apartments on floors above. It also hosts a luxury new Spa and pool. CAP was responsible for installing Knauf drylining systems with an Airless spray plaster finish.
